Macron to Moroccans: You Make History of Football

France’s President Emmanuel Macron sent a message to the Moroccan people on Twitter, after the French team defeated theirs in the semi-finals.

“To our Moroccan friends: congratulations on this beautiful journey. You mark the history of football,” Macron Tweeted.

France qualified for the 2022 Qatar World Cup final after defeating Morocco with two goals in the match held at Al-Bayt Stadium on Wednesday, in the semi-final round.

On Facebook, Macron expressed his happiness with the French team, saying, “We have a young and young generation mixed with elements of experience, and we will return to the cup next Sunday.”

France set a fiery match against Argentina in the final of the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

The final match of the Qatar World Cup 2022 will be held next Sunday at the “Lusail” stadium, between Argentina and France.

The 2022 Qatar World Cup final match is scheduled to start at 5:00 pm Cairo local time next Sunday.
