Lose Weight after Ramadan: Effective Tips

Individuals might be faced with an uncomfortable situation, going out to events and outings after gaining a few kilos during Ramadan and Eid holidays.

However, don't panic and just follow these steps to lose these extra kilos before they impact our bodies and the size of our clothes.

* Intermittent fasting:

Fasting for 12 or 14 hours a day, with the dieter only allowed to drink water and herbal drinks with no sugar during these hours.

Post-Ramadan is an appropriate time to heed intermittent fasting with the body already accustomed to it.

*Increase fiber intake:

Eat healthy fruits and vegetables like carrots and leafy greens such as arugula, spinach, and parsley to get rid of body fat.

* Less starch:

The dieter should deal with less starch. If they are used to consuming a loaf of bread, then they should eat only half, and consume a quarter if accustomed to eating half.

As for rice, it must be soaked for no less than 10 minutes to remove the starch from it and reduce fatty material while cooking as well as add spices for a more richer taste.

*Water:

Drinking plenty of water is a hidden secret to fitness, which acts to fill the stomach and cleanse the digestive system.

People should aim to drink no less than 3 liters a day.

*Sleep

Getting enough sleep is important, but good sleep quality is also essential to carry out the burning processes and regulate the vital processes, which will be reflected in health and fitness.
