Lena, the daughter of Egyptian actor Ahmed El Fishawy, became known for posting photos that are deemed inappropriate.
In 2019, she posted a topless photo of herself at the age of 8, which raised a state of controversy.
It seems that Lena, who did not reach her 16th birthday, will become as controversial as her father, after all, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Lena Fishawy sparks new controversy
Lena has raised a new state of controversy after a photographer called Nader took to Instagram to share his latest session, featuring Lina.
The 15-year-old also shared on Instagram photos from the photo session, which featured her in a short black dress.
The photo session met the admiration and fury of social media users. Some had expressed their anger over how bold Lina appeared in the photo session, while some had expressed that she was looked fatigued.
However, after the widespread criticism rose by these pictures, Lena and the photographer deleted the photos.
El-Fishawy faces many criticisms for his indifferent attitude towards his daughter and his ongoing judicial battles with his ex-wife.
The actor is facing one year in a prison sentence for failing to provide the provisions of expenses and wages to his daughter.
In 2019, he was also sentenced to one month in prison for refraining from providing the expenses of his daughter.
The Khalifa family court ruled against El Fishawy after his ex-wife Hend el-Hennawy filed a lawsuit number 86 against him for refraining from paying alimony in favor of his daughter Lena, estimated at LE 234,600.
The court issued a one month sentence against the actor, especially after presenting documents proving his ability to pay the alimony was presented by Said.
Hennawy’s lawyer revealed that the verdict against El Fishawy is enforceable and cannot be appealed, and in the event of his arrest he would be obliged to serve his sentence or pay alimony to his daughter.
Moreover, a court ruling was also issued in November 2019 to annul a decision banning Lina from traveling.
The family feud in the courts has started long before Lena was born, and did not stop until her early teens, which had certainly left an impact on Lena.
It is worth mentioning that El Fishawy, born on November 11, 1980, is the son of prominent stars Somaya El Alfy, and Farouk El Fishawy.
He started acting at the age of nine, debuting alongside his father in “Al Morshed”, then appearing in small roles in several films, among which was “El Batal” (The Champion) with Ahmed Zaki in 1998.
El Fishawy’s breakthrough came with his role in the television series “Wagh Elqamar” (The Moon’s Face) alongside Faten Hamama in 2000.
He then appeared in the epic television drama “Hadith Elsabah wal Masaa’” (Morning and Night Dialogue) in 2001, and “El Amma Nour” (Aunt Nour) in 2003 alongside Nabila Ebeid.
El Fishawy made his first lead role on television was in the series “Afarit El Sayala” (The Ghosts of Sayala), after which he landed his first lead role on film in Ahmed Mekky’s action-comedy “El Hasa Elsabaa” (The Seventh Sense).
The actor’s most successful roles include the multi-season sit-com “Tamer we Shawqyea” (Tamer and Shawqeya) the thriller-drama film “45 Youm” (45 Days), and “Welad Rizk 1 & 2”.
El Fishawy’s latest artistic work is film “Ashbah Europa” (Renegades of Europe), and film “Al Harath” (Tiller).
The film completed filming last year. The film teaser featured HaifaWehbe driving a motorcycle while detonating a car after a dangerous chase.
It also showed featured El Fishawy as a ladies’ man and Mostafa Khater in front of a laptop, which hints that he, might be a hacker.
The movie is directed by superstar Mohamed Hamaki, in his directorial debut.
It is written by Amin Gamal, Mohamed Abu Al-Saad, and Sherif Yousry.
The movie was salted to the theaters on January 7 but got postponed for reasons related to finishing the final touches, however, due to coronavirus the movie is facing an undetermined future.
It was reported that Eid Al-Fitr has been initially chosen as the release of the movie, in hopes the current conditions stabilized and the coronavirus crisis ends.
