Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold intensive talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday, including personal talks and with delegations, indicating that the two sides will not make any press statements after that.

He added that there will be no joint press conference after the end of the talks, indicating that the two sides will exchange views during the private and expanded talks.

The Kremlin announced - earlier today - that the Russian President will meet in Moscow with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on an official visit to Russia.

Peskov said - in statements reported by the Russian "TASS" news agency - "The talks between Putin and Modi will begin at noon, and we believe that the talks will be private,"
