400 grams of flour with a grain of salt
2 tsp. sesame
3-4 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp. yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
Half a cup of water or warm milk
A little rose water
* For filling
200gm Malban
Rose water
1 tbsp of ghee
2 tsp sesame
*Directors
- Add salt, sesame, and baking powder to the flour after sifting it.
2- Dissolve the yeast with sugar, water, and rose water.
3- Heat the ghee (do not flatten) and add the flour.
4- Rub the flour in the ghee several times until the ghee is absorbed for 8 minutes (and do not knead in this step).
5- Put warm water on the dough, rub the flour and do not knead.
6- Knead the dough by hand until it becomes easy to form. (You may need a few drops of water to make the dough easy to form.)
7- Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes, to rest only not to proof the dough, then form the length, and put it into the oven.
8- In these minutes, rub the malban with rose water, sesame seeds, and a tbsp of ghee.
9- Shape the dough in small balls to be eligible for filling.
10- Bake the Kahk in a hot oven (about 180 degrees).
After the Kahk cools, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and enjoy.

** Petit four
* Ingredients
2 cups of powdered sugar
4 cup of room temperature butter
6 eggs (3 whole yolks and 3 whole eggs) + vanilla
8 cups of flour
* Directions
1- Beat the sugar with the butter together until well blended.
2- Add the eggs and whisk it in the Stand Mixer, then by the flour to mixer bowl.
3- The dough is pided into two halves and the second parted is added cocoa powder and cinnamon.
We will have a half plain, half cocoa, and cinnamon, or just cocoa if you do not desire to add cinnamon, but know that it gives a very unique taste, however, removing the cinnamon optional.
4- It is formed immediately according to your taste.
5- Bake the Petit four in the oven (about 160 degrees).
