Jordanian Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Jaafar Hassan, departed on Sunday for an official working visit to United States (US) , which will last for two days.
The visit comes as a follow-up to the recent trip made by His Majesty King Abdullah II to Washington.
During his stay, PM is scheduled to hold talks with several U.S. officials, focusing on ways to enhance and expand the bilateral relationship between Jordan and the United States, particularly in the economic sector.
Accompanying PM on the visit are Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Eng. Yarub Qudah, and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Zeina Toukan.
