Tomorrow, Monday, Jordan will host a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Egypt with the Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Al-Miqda.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ambassador Sinan Majali, say that the meeting comes as a continuation of the consultative meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt, which was hosted by Saudi Arabia in Jeddah on April 14. And to build on the contacts that these countries made with the Syrian government, and in the context of its proposals, and the Jordanian initiative to reach a political solution to the Syrian crisis
Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid stated that Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will travel this evening to Amman to participate in the meeting of the committee formed by Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq on Syria.
