Japanese Foreign Minister (FM) Yoko Kamogawa and her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi expressed their desire to work closely together to develop bilateral relations between both countries.
This came during a meeting between the Japanese FM and her Chinese counterpart in the city of Busan, South Korea, for the first time since she took office in September last year.
Moreover, Japanese FM is scheduled to meet her South Korean counterpart Park Jin, and will attend a trilateral meeting of foreign ministers (FMs), the first in four years.
