The educational system in Egypt faced key challenges due to the coronavirus crisis, as the global educational systems attempted to search for solutions in light of the ongoing process of remote learning because of the precautionary measures.

Therefore, IVY International Schools, in cooperation with Harmony Schools of the United States, launched its educational system based on STEM-focused education.

IVY's new system aims to accelerate the process of digital transformation as STEM focuses on linking the students with the school, community, and labor market. It applies sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics to enhance competitiveness among the students.

According to IVY, Egypt, nowadays, demands labor force, equipped with the 21st century's skills. STEM is a learning approach where rigorous academic concepts are coupled with real-world lessons as students apply science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

IVY’s educational partner, Harmony Schools are considered the USA’s leading institution in STEM education with 58 campuses, over 34,000 students, and 4,055 staff members across the country, blending the highest standards.

Harmony Schools are ranked among Top High Schools in the Washington Post, Newsweek, and U.S News & World Report, and the campuses had been awarded 7 Gold, 13 Silver, and 2 Bronze Medals in U.S News & World Report’s Best High School Rankings.
