Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s adviser on the Arab world, a Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) operative identified as “Maoz,” will head the delegation.
The Israeli newspaper pointed out that a second economic technical delegation will arrive in Khartoum within weeks, to discuss issues related to water and agriculture.
