Israeli occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians, including a woman, and detained dozens more on Thursday during raids on several areas in the Hebron governorate.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA quoted security sources as saying that occupation forces stormed the al-Arroub refugee camp north of Hebron and arrested two young men, Yamen Raafat al-Titi and Ammar Salem al-Badawi. They also arrested Daoud Suleiman al-Manasra and his wife, Aseel Moussa, from the town of Bani Na'im, east of Hebron.
Occupation forces also stormed the al-Majaz community in Masafer Yatta, raiding and searching Palestinian homes and damaging their contents. They then seized the home of Mahmoud Moussa Abu Aram and converted it into a military post after forcibly evicting its residents, who were left to spend the night in the bitter cold.
In the same context, the occupation forces stormed Al-Fawwar camp and the towns of Sa’ir and Al-Shuyukh, raided a large number of citizens’ homes, abused them, and caused serious damage to the contents of the homes during random search operations. They also detained dozens of citizens for long hours and subjected them to field investigation inside one of the houses that they seized and turned into a military barracks.
