Syrian media confirmed that there had been violent Israeli air strikes on Daraa in southern Syria, Al Qahera News channel reported.
Hebrew media said that the Israeli army will remain inside Syrian territory for 60 days.
The Chief of Staff of the Israeli occupation army confirmed, "We have ground forces of infantry, armor, engineering, and artillery operating inside Syria, along with other air, naval, and intelligence forces."
Syrian state television announced the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, and state television broadcast a red screen that read: “Victory of the great Syrian revolution and the overthrow of the Assad regime.”
