On Friday, the Palestinian Health Ministery announced that the death toll of the continued attacks by Israel on the Gaza Strip to 1900 people, including 614 children.
The authorities added that about 370 women were among the victims of the strikes that continued for the seventh day.
They added that the number of injured people jumped to 7696.
Earlier, the United Nations (UN) announced that more than 423,000 people were forced to abandon their homes in Gaza.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in a statement that the number of displaced people had increased by Thursday evening “by an additional 84,444 people, reaching 423,378 displaced people.”
