Israeli Army Bombards Towns in Southern Lebanon with Incendiary Bombs

Israeli forces targeted with artillery shells the vicinity of the Al-Raheeb site and the outskirts of the town of Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon, and also bombed with incendiary and flare bombs the towns of Shebaa and Bastra, in the same region.

Russia Today's correspondent in Lebanon reported that the Israeli artillery shelling targeted homes located on the outskirts of the town of Blida near the central sector, and also threw incendiary shells towards Wadi Shebaa, Bastra Farm, Halta Heights, and the outskirts of Kafar Shuba in the eastern sector.

Hezbollah's Lebanese Al-Manar channel revealed that the Israeli army targeted "the forests on the borders of the town of Aita al-Shaab with 12 shells, including phosphorus shells, two of which fell inside the occupied territories."

It is worth noting that the border between Lebanon and Israel is witnessing intermittent exchanges of fire between the Israeli army on the one hand and Hezbollah and Palestinian factions on the other hand, after the war launched by Israel on the Gaza Strip in response to the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation launched by the Hamas movement on October 7.
