Iran and Saudi Arabia are currently engaged in discussions to eliminate the need for visas between the two countries, signaling a positive development in their bilateral relations.
Following successful talks in China earlier this year that led to the restoration of diplomatic ties, both nations are now focused on strengthening their tourism connections.
Maryam Jalali Dehkordi, Iran's Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, recently announced that efforts are underway to facilitate the cancellation of visa requirements, with the Saudi Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Al Khateeb, invited to visit Iran in the near future.
The potential elimination of visa requirements is expected to enhance economic exchanges and further solidify the improving relationship between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
