Iranian Ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali, met on Monday with Russian presidential advisors Igor Levitin and Anton Kobyakov, affirming his country's readiness to continue developing bilateral cooperation with Russia.
According to the Russian news agency TASS, Jalali emphasized, during his meeting with Levitin, the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei's commitment to enhancing bilateral relations with Russia.
TASS further reported that Jalali and Kobyakov paid special attention during their meeting to strengthening economic cooperation between Moscow and Tehran.
Moreover, both sides also discussed Iran's participation in the upcoming BRICS summit in Kazan, where Russia holds the presidency of the group this year.
