Two people were killed and ten others were injured in an explosion, Monday, followed by a fire in an industrial City in Qom, south of the Iranian capital, Tehran, according to the Russia Today news agency.
The director of the Crisis Management Department in Qom, Mohsen Aruji, said, "The explosion killed two people and injured 10 others, and the fire was extinguished.”
Iranian television said that "emergency forces, rescuers and a helicopter took part in firefighting operations," indicating that five people were transferred to hospitals for treatment.
