Interior Ministry Opens Wadi El Natroon Correctional, Rehabilitation Center

The Ministry of Interior is opening today, Thursday, a Correctional and Rehabilitation Center in Wadi El Natroon.

Many diplomatic missions, human rights organizations, human rights activists, national and international media, and newspaper editors-in-chief will take part in the inauguration ceremony.

Prisons nationwide have witnessed great development and commitment to implementing international human rights standards.

The Ministry of Interior provides healthy food for prisoners and industrial, agricultural and productive projects from animal, poultry and fish production farms, which is one of the most important ways to implement rehabilitation programs for inmates.
