President Abdel Fattah El Sisi returned home after a historic visit to the country of Djibouti on Thursday, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.
Rady added that Sisi held bilateral talks with Ismail Omar Guelleh, the President of Djibouti, at the Presidential Palace, followed by expanded discussions in the presence of the delegations of the two countries.
On his part, Guelleh expressed his country's appreciation for the close and historical relations of cooperation with Egypt.
Moreover, he hailed the sincere Egyptian efforts towards supporting the economic reform and development paths in Djibouti, as well as the pivotal Egyptian role in supporting stability in the African continent.
