Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received on Sunday, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva, and her accompanying delegation in Sharm El-Sheikh, according to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Governor Hassan Abdallah, and the Ministers of Planning, International Cooperation, and Finance.
The spokesman added that IMF Director praised Egypt's success in dealing with the repercussions of the global economic crisis and containing its effects, which preserved the safe path of the Egyptian economy.
