Soup is a main course and a basic requirement for healthy and warm food in winter.

Lentil soup tops winter drinks because of its high nutrients and heat emission, a dietitian advises adding mixed vegetables to the lentil grains.

It is recommended to add onions, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers, zucchini, and carrots while it cooks, and mix it all up before serving.

Vegetables are very important in a healthy diet and the salad is a tasty dish that opens the appetite, but sometimes with the cold weather, eating fresh vegetables can be annoying, so maybe it is time to make a hot salad.

It consists of grilled peppers, grilled tomatoes, and grilled zucchini, in addition to adding a few herbs such as wild thyme with a little olive oil.

Olive oil can be substituted with avocado, which contains healthy body fat. It can also be substituted by adding three walnuts into the salad, which also contains healthy fats for the brain and memory.
