The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Thursday's daylight hours.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to prevail in the South Upper Egypt and South Sinai.
The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, the North Coast, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Wind will occur occasionally across the country.
Light rainfall will prevail intermittently in the Northwest Coast and North Upper North. Medium rain is predicted to hit El Salloum and Sidi Barrani.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Fall-like weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early hours.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 33°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 28°C in Marsa Matruh, 37°C in Sohag, 39°C in Qena, and 39°C in Aswan.
