The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Coast, during daylight hours on Wednesday.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to hit the South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height varying between southeast to northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, pleasant weather is also expected to prevail from the north of the country to the north of Upper Egypt, at night.
Moderate weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and the South of the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 35°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 32°C in Marsa Matruh, 40°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 45°C in Aswan.
