The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Wednesday's daylight hours.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to prevail in the South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, the Northeastern Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Wind will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves ranging between 1.25 and 1.75 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, with winds averaging 30 to 50 km/h and waves ranging between 2 and 3 meters.
Fall-like weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early hours.
There is a chance of light rainfall, sometimes thunderous, hitting El Salloum and Sidi Barrani at intermittent periods.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 32°C in Cairo, 30°C in Alexandria, 28°C in Marsa Matruh, 36°C in Sohag, 37°C in Qena, and 39°C in Aswan.
