The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail across the country during Thursday’s daylight hours.
Dusty winds will be active in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, deteriorating visibility in the Northwest Coast and Western Sahara.
Meteorologists also predict that the country will continue to experience a rise in the temperature.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters varying between northeast and southeast.
The Red Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters with southeast surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 36°C in Cairo, 35°C in Alexandria, 33°C in Marsa Matruh, 37°C in Sohag, 38°C in Qena, and 38°C in Aswan.
