Spending a lot of time in the kitchen to cook food for your family in summer is exhausting. So, you need to follow some tips to make it easier, and less exhausting for you.

Make sure to keep enough quantities of fruits in the fridge. It is important for your body's health.

Prepare enough quantities of yogurt and serve it to your family members regularly.

You can also use yogurt to make different kinds of salads or side dish, such as yoghurt salad with mint and cucumber, to be served with meals.

Yogurt helps greatly in hydrating your body. You can also use it while preparing your chicken pane, as it makes the pieces of the chicken tender.

Make sure to drink a lot of fresh juices throughout the day, especially lemon juice. You can serve lemon juice with mint or with milk.

Don't forget to add some vanilla while blending the juice. It will add a richer taste and smell.

Restore the used teabags in the fridge. You can use them around your eyes to reduce the signs of exhaustion.

While cooking rice pudding, make sure to add some Chantilly cream to it. It will make the mixture creamy.

Don't skip adding some mozzarella cheese to the filling of your pastries, like minced beef and onions.

Sprinkle some oregano or thyme on the pasta sauce to improve the taste.

Don't forget to add some baking powder while preparing the beef meatball mixture before shaping and grilling it.

For the meatballs that are prepared in the oven, you can add some boiled and mashed potatoes to the dough. It will double the quantity.

Wrap lemons in newspapers, before placing them in plastic bags to keep them fresh.
