Yesterday evening, Sunday, the Israeli army announced that 7 of its soldiers were injured as a result of a bombardment with “mortar shells” launched by fighters of “Hezbollah” from southern Lebanon on northern Israel.
Also, the “Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades” (the military arm of the “Hamas” movement) announced that they have fired missiles from Southern Lebanon towards Israeli settlements and the northern city of Haifa, while a United Nation peacekeeping force (UNIFIL) soldier was wounded.
The Israeli army said, in a statement published on the (X) platform, that 15 shells were launched from Lebanon during the past hours.
Earlier, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for an attack on the town of Doviv in northern Israel.
The Al-Qassam Brigades in Lebanon also claimed responsibility for bombing northern Haifa and the Shlomi and Nahariya settlements with several concentrated missile salvos “in response to the occupation’s massacres and aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip.”
