English actor Henry Cavill is set to star in the movie "The Rosie Project", which is expected to begin production in 2022.
Steve Falk will write and direct the movie, which centers around a university professor who creates a questionnaire in an effort to find a wife and meets an unconventional woman who doesn’t match any of his “requirements” but might be the perfect match for him.
Matt Tolmach and Michael Costigan will produce.
The movie is a change of pace for Cavill, who has been busy lining up action-heavy projects and gives him an opportunity to show his acting range.
The "Man of Steel" star is set to appear in the sequel to Netflix's "Enola Holmes", Vaughn’s new spy thriller Argyle, and Lionsgate’s anticipated "Highlander" reboot.
He recently finished shooting the second season of Netflix’s "The Witcher".
