Hamas announced that a delegation from the movement is heading to Cairo to discuss efforts to end the war and negotiate a comprehensive prisoner exchange deal, which includes the complete withdrawal of the occupation forces from Gaza.
Hamas also stated: "The delegation will address the repercussions of the occupation’s actions, including the starvation of the Palestinian people, and will stress the urgent need to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip."
