The Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres said that the Russian invasion of Ukraine is an insult to our collective conscience, explaining that the safety of Ukraine's nuclear facilities must be ensured.

"We are committed to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity," Guterres added in UN security council session on Ukraine.

Moreover, he pointed out that the Ukraine war caused the worst refugee crisis since the World War, noting that Russia damaged 40% of the infrastructure in Ukraine.

Furthermore, UN Secretary-General added that the Ukraine war is a violation of the Charter of the United Nations (UN) and international law.
