Gourmet Butter Garlic Lobster Tails

What a wonderful seafood dish, especially in the summer. It is delicious, nutritious, and light at the same time. We offer you a special dish, Gourmet Butter Garlic Lobster Tails.

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down to the fin, and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet and generously brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
