Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in the local markets increased by 75 pounds during today’s trading, as the price of a gram of 21 carat gold recorded 3695 pounds, while an ounce reached 2635$.Embabi revealed that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,223 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,167 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,464 pounds, and the cost of a pound of gold is about 29,560 pounds.
