Gold prices declined in local markets during Monday’s trading.
Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in the local markets decreased by 25 pounds during today’s transactions, bringing the price of a gram of 21 carat gold to 3,105 pounds, while gold prices on the global stock market fell by about 20 dollars so the price of an ounce recorded $2340.
Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 3,549 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 2,661 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,070 pounds, and a gold pound recorded about 24,840 pounds.
