Gold prices declined on Wednesday during the trading in the local market.
Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in the local markets decreased sharply by about 105 pounds, as the price of a gram of 21 karat gold recorded 3,755 pounds, while an ounce dropped by about 80 dollars to record 2,660 dollars.
Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,291 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,219 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,504 pounds, and a gold pound recorded about 30,040 pounds.
