Gold prices in the local markets declined during today's trading, Thursday, as did gold prices on the global stock exchange, after the ounce recorded a record rise, exceeding the $2300 level per ounce, as the statements of the US Federal Reserve Chairman boosted expectations about reducing interest rates.
