The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot weather to prevail most of the country during Tuesday’s daylight hours.
Hot weather is also expected to hit the Northwest Coast and South Sinai.
Meteorologist also predicts that Egypt to experience a temperature rise and dusty winds to sweep across the country, leading to a drop in horizontal visibility.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height, varying between southeast and northeast surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height, varying between southeast and northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night time.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 39°C in Cairo, 34°C in Alexandria, 32°C in Marsa Matruh, 42°C in Sohag, 42°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
