The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,386 martyrs and 171,264 injured since October 7, 2023.
In a statement reported by the Palestinian News and Info Agency (WAFA), the Ministry noted that over the past 48 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received three martyrs and 13 injuries.
The statement added that many victims remain trapped under rubble or on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are currently unable to reach them.
The Ministry further detailed that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of martyrs has risen to 420, with 1,184 injuries recorded, while 684 bodies have been recovered from the debris during this period.
