Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Rice Bowls

How wonderful it is to eat a meal of your own making. Here we present to you an easy, delicious and quick recipe at the same time, which is the Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Rice Bowls recipe.

Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the Rice:

1 cup cooked rice

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Grill the Shrimp:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Bowls:

Divide the cooked rice evenly among serving bowls.

Top each bowl with the grilled shrimp.

Drizzle generously with the Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
