Mohamed Abdel-Wahab, Executive Director of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) participated in one of the personal interview committees for applicants to join the third batch of the Executive Presidential Leadership Program (EPLP), within the framework of the Egyptian state’s keenness to qualify and empower employees of the state’s administrative apparatus in all fields.
Abdel-Wahab explained that real development and the awaited renaissance will only be with young minds, and that building youth capacities is one of the most important pillars of economic and social development.
He also praised the role that the National Training Academy (NTA) in training cadres capable of understanding and using modern mechanisms in policy-making, managing the decision-making process and implementing a modern style of thinking in line with the latest international models, making them able to occupy various leadership positions.
He also assured the candidates of the program that knowledge, diligence and perseverance are the only way to achieve the comprehensive renaissance of the Egyptian state, pointing out that Egypt has an institutional system to qualify and empower youth to assume leadership positions.
The executive director indicated that the NTA has succeeded in developing and raising the efficiency and performance of workers in the state's administrative sector.
