France condemned in the strongest terms the new strikes carried out by Russia last night on Ukraine, especially in the regions of "Cherkasy", "Dnepropetrovsk" and "Kiev".
In a statement, the French Foreign Ministry, said that these strikes deliberately targeted residential buildings, resulting in civilian casualties, including children, especially in the city of "Oman", where initial reports indicate heavy losses.
Moreover, France stressed that targeting Ukrainian infrastructure and the civilian population confirms Russia's clear desire to continue escalating its military operations in Ukraine.
