Food blogger Hebtalla Abdelzaher presented menu suggestions for the first 15 days of Ramadan to make the process of preparing "iftar" easier.
Abdelzaher listed soups, salads, and Samosa as three main Iftar entries.
The menu suggestions for the first 15 Ramadan days are:

Week 1
1- Stuffed grape leaves, dried fermented cereal- milk mixture (Kishk), and air fried boiled chicken
2- Baked orzo, and roast beef
3- Rice with minced meat and carrots, and baked kofta
4- Shish taouk and Mexican rice or yellow-spiced one
5- Mashed potatoe with chicken and carrots, and chicken pane
6- Baked thyme pies, and beef and cracked wheat balls (kobiba)
7- Crunchy chicken with BBQ sauce, and white rice
Week 2
8- Egyptian baked bechamel pasta or negresco, and fried liver
9- Cordon bleu, and yellow and white rice
10- Arabian chicken and rice (chicken kabsa)
11- Rabbit, and Pasta with white sauce or red sauce
12- Pasta with sausages
13- Beef shank with vegetables, and yellow rice
14- Beef and Chicken shawarma, and rice
15- duck, and baked cheese gulash filo pastry leaves
