Today, Wednesday, Badr Abdel Atty, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, held a telephone call with Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of India.
Abdel Atty appreciated the distinguished bilateral relations between Egypt and India, and stressed the interest of the Egyptian political leadership in strengthening bilateral cooperation.
During the call, the Foreign Minister also touched on the multiple meetings that brought together President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, during the last period.
The two ministers discussed the most important developments at the regional and international levels, and agreed to continue the pace of coordination and consultation during the coming period.
