On Friday, Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin was cleared of the latest misconduct after a trending video showed the Prime Minister partying in a nightclub.

The 36-year-old defended herself after the video that depicted her dancing with friends and celebrities.

Dozens of complaints were filed against Marin's behavior undermined Finland's "reputation and security," especially after Finland's request to join NATO, and the military operations by Russia in Ukraine.

But Chancellor of Justice Tuomas Poysti concluded that Marin didn't neglect her duties as prime minister.

He said that there was "no reason to suspect the prime minister of unlawful conduct in the performance of her duties or of neglect of her official duties."

Marin, previously, took a drug test "to clear up any doubts", after the comments heard on the video.

At the time, the prime minister said that the video had been filmed on "private premises" and she spent "an evening with friends".

She told reporters in a press conference after the video: "I am human. And I too sometimes long for joy, light and fun amidst these dark clouds."
