Film "El Ameel Sefr" Wraps Production

Production has wrapped on Egyptian actor Akram Hosny's latest film "El Ameel Sefr" (Agent Zero). 

Hosny revealed Wednesday the news on Facebook, saying, saying, "That's a wrap on the film 'El Ameel Sefr'."

The post included a photo of the actor that shows him sharing a similar look to "El Hadaba” Amr Diab.

"Now I'm free and can focus on you  "El Hadaba” Amr Diab," Hosny jokingly tells the acclaimed singer.

“El Ameel Sefr” is written by Wael Abdullah and based on an idea ​​by Hosny and Mohamed Sami, who also initially set to serve as its director.

Hosny began shooting the pic in 2020. He was collaborating with the director Mohamed Sami and actress Nelly Karim before the project stopped.

Karim plays the lead actress and stars as a dancer and a cabaret owner, who runs the place with Fouad, an apothecary during the morning.

The shooting resumed after some changes were added to the script, the cast, and the team behind the film. Asma Abulyazeid has joined the cast as the lead actress and Karim Al-Adl as director.

The cast also includes Fatima Al-Banawi, Munther Rayahneh, Moustafa Gharieb, Bayoumi Fouad, Phaedra, Ismail Farghali, and Ayman El Shewy.

"Agent Zero" is a comedy genre that is centered around a security guard who dreams of being a hero like James Bond, until he is put in a new ordeal that proves that he is a true hero.
