The 28th version of Festival of Arab Music held in Cairo concluded on Wednesday.

More than 15 thousand watchers follow concerts of festival which were 37 ones.

About 5 million people attempted by buy tickets of the festival on line via the official website of the Egyptian Opera House.

It is worth mentioning that the festival of Arab Music is the oldest one in the Middle East region. The last version is a historic one for its dazzling success.

Egypt puts the art model for various forms of music but she came behind the other nations across the world during the last decades. Even the Arab neighboring countries become more modernizer in mounting of music festivals and international performance.

Mohamed Munir ( nicknamed as the King in the art field) performed at the opening the festival.

He was famous for singing lyrics combining the modern western characters and the eastern traditional sorts of singing.

He was honored by officials of the last version of the festival.

Management of the festival was keen on encouraging fresh talents to perform on the stage of the Egyptian Opera House.

Mustafa Helmi, conductor of the music band in the Opera house, said that and other players were preparing for the festival over two months at least.

They explore new distributions of melodies so they were very exhausted.

Mrs. Jehan Mursi, chief of this year round of the festival, shouldered the heavy burden of organizing and monitoring the various activities during days of it.  She watched the rehearsals, welcomed the star singers and arranged items of concerts.

Despite all those efforts, officials of the festival of Arab music should do more efforts to go with the other modern music events in the world.

Experts recommend to find a wider place to host concerts of future festivals instead of theatres of the Egyptian Opera House.

The wider places would attract more people to watch concerts of the stars. The experts suggest furnishing an open theatre.

Also management of the festival of Arab music plans to host stars from the other Arab and world countries.

Prices of tickets should be reduced although the festival should take the financial ability of the medium class as recommendations of the conference.

Some people criticized rough manners of security personnel toward the guests. However, reporters and other media men were troubled to find sufficient chairs during concerts.
