The Egyptian designer <a href="https:\/\/see.news\/egyptian-designer-riham-farouk-presents-vibrant-summer-collection\/">Riham<\/a> Farouk made a few adjustments on the famous Italian dish the Risotto to come up with her green rice and <a href="https:\/\/www.delish.com\/cooking\/recipe-ideas\/g2768\/shrimp-recipes\/">shrimp<\/a> recipe. The recipe is easy, delicious and perfect for family gatherings.\r\n\r\n[caption id="attachment_125274" align="aligncenter" width="649"]<img class="wp-image-125274 size-full" src="https:\/\/see.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200505_214747-2.jpg" alt="Fashion designer Riham Farouk" \/> Fashion designer Riham Farouk[\/caption]\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 The Ingredients<\/strong>\r\n\r\n1. 1 kilogram of Egyptian rice.\r\n2. 1 kilogram of peeled medium shrimp.\r\n3. 6 shrimps unpeeled.\r\n4. 2 cut onions.\r\n5. Broth, preferably Maggie.\r\n6. \u00bd kilogram of cream.\r\n7. Green food coloring.\r\n8. Dill.\r\n9. Salt.\r\n10. Pepper.\r\n11. Cardamom.\r\n12. Garlic.\r\n13. Mastic.\r\n14. Bay laurel.\r\n15. Butter.\r\n16. Flour.\r\n17. Milk.\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Steps<\/strong>\r\n\r\n1. Cook the onions till they become golden brown before adding the rice, broth, dill, food coloring and salt. In a small pan, cook the peeled shrimp with butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and stir till thoroughly cooked. Make sure to take it off the heat before the resulting sauce dries.\r\n\r\n3. In a different pan, grill the unpeeled shrimp with cardamom, mastic and bay laurel on high heat to add that delicious grilling taste. In another pan melt some butter with milk and flour before adding the cream. Finally, add the sauce resulting from grilling the unpeeled shrimp to our creamy sauce. Stir and adjust the sauce\u2019s texture before adding the cooked peeled shrimp.\r\n\r\n<strong>\u2022 Presentation<\/strong>\r\n\r\nTransfer the rice to a big bowl, make a hole in the middle of the bowl before placing the creamy peeled shrimp in the hole.
