Family Reunification.. An Important Law

We expect the House of Representatives to discuss the new family law during the coming days , we need this law amid an atmosphere of anticipation and hope in these blessed days, we hope that this law will help the family reunification and consolidation of its pillars, and we are all trust the wisdom of the committee that was formed by Counselor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice for this purpose. the committee consists of Sociologists, psychologists, thinkers, and clerics, basing on the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during his inauguration of one of the national projects in Giza Governorate, and his emphasis on the family’s entity, cohesion, integrity, and mutual respect among its members, especially between husband and wife.

I still remember the president's statement on this law when he said: "We revealed some features of the law...and the officials who worked on it made sure that they listened to all points of view that ere put forward because people have been seeing these words on the platform of the judiciary for more than 30 years ". The president's reference to "the platform of the judiciary" stresses his desire to address the previous gaps that were the cause of the displacement of families and children .

This is the importance of societal dialogue that meets the need of the family as a first pillar for building the society, and talking about the ideas and axes of the law is a necessity and required for the media, the press and television, and also through the technology tools that are supposed to be employed in the interest of social communication, through which we communicate with our companions, friends and family, and we exchange ideas and visions about its basic values.

I hope that the discussions will result in everything that reunites, heals the rift, and prevents what deepens the gap within the family. this is the importance of the societal dialogue called for by the President, we expect the societal dialogue to be fruitful, and reunites the family, and loved ones in a good way.
