European Commission Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis urged Russia to renew the agreement that allows safe transport of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea ports, from which Moscow withdrew last month.
The Russian restrictions imposed on the shipment of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea caused problems not only for Kiev, but for many developing countries. also, Dombrovskis told reporters on sidelines of G20 Trade ministers' meeting.
He affirmed support for all efforts made by UN, regarding the Black Sea initiative for the transfer of grain, adding that the bloc gives Ukraine alternative trade routes, also called solidarity corridors, to export grain and others.
