ES Tunis Bus Attacked in Qatar (Photos)

Esperance de Tunis' bus was attacked  by a group of men, who are suspected to be Tunisian fans ahead Zamalek's encounter in the CAF Super Cup.

Tunisian newspaper "Alchourouk" reported that a group of men attacked the Tunisian team's bus.

It is believed that the attackers are fans of Club Africain team, who live in Qatar.

The Tunisian newspaper delivered a message to ES Tunis' head coach Moïne Chaâbani, who committed an assault on the midfielder of Club Africain Wissem Ben Yahia, during the derby between both Tunisian clubs which held in the last month.

"An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.” the attackers wrote on the bus of ES Tunis team.

Zamalek are set to clash against ES Tunis in the CAF Super Cup at 18:00 CLT.

The Super Cup encounter is set to broadcast via Bein Sports 1, which opens for free to the public on Nilesat satellite via the frequency: 12604 horizontal – 27500.

It will also broadcast via Al Kass Sports Channels, which will also open for free to the public on Nilesat satellite via the frequency: 12245 vertical – 27500.

The White Knights enter the game as the Confederation Cup champions, while the Tunisian side play the encounter as the holders of the CAF Champions League.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) confirmed the appointment of South African Victor Miguel de Freitas Gomes as the center referee for the game.
