EMA: Temperatures to Slightly Increase on Sunday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected moderately hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and Central Sinai, during daylight hours on Sunday.

Hot weather is expected to hit South Sinai, the Red Sea mountain trail, and Upper Egypt.

EMA added that the decline in temperatures will continue.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 2 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Light showers are expected to fall in the northern coasts, the northern of Lower Egypt, and the northern parts of Upper Egypt

Regarding the nighttime, nice weather is also predicted to prevail across the country at the beginning of the night, and it will be colder towards late night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 27°C in Cairo, 26°C in Alexandria, 25°C in Matruh, 31°C in Sohag, 33°C in Qena, and 35°C in Aswan.
